Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the time the session is booked for.

Refund Policy

Full refund of unused sessions available with in a 14 day cooling off period after purchase

refunds after 14 day period are subject to a £40 cancellation fee

all used sessions with be charged at pay as you go rate if package has been cancelled.
