Everybody Starts Somewhere…
In the initial Trial session my job is to assess where you are at and make a plan of how to get you to how you want to be.
After that a typical session will involve freeing up your movement,
challenging your body with the main movements for the day, gradually testing your limits and making adjustments accordingly.
These will be followed by some specific assistance exercises, to help different areas specific to you.
Next is for you to go away, rebuild and recover, ready for your next workout.
